5.Reboot your PC to save changes.

7.Again press Shift + Ctrl + Esc to open Task Manager.

8.In Task Manager window click File > Run new task.

9.Type Explorer.exe in the run dialog box and hit OK.

10.This would again bring back your desktop and would fix the icons issue.
